Natalie Macaulay is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services and Industrial/Natural Resources Sectors. She specializes in executive level search and leadership succession planning for clients ranging in size from pre-commercial start-ups to TSX 60 corporations, with a significant portion of her work being conducted on behalf of mid and large-cap industrial companies. She is based in Calgary.
Natalie has 17 years of consulting experience in leadership development, team facilitation, strategic planning, organizational design and eLearning instructional design. She served as Partner and U.K. Managing Director at a boutique consulting company focused on leadership development, facilitation and talent development. While there, she divided her time between Canada and the UK. Other experience includes senior HR advisory roles for Shell Canada Oil Sands, Vodafone, News International, ABN AMRO and Bass Brewers. Additionally, Natalie served as a Lieutenant in the British Royal Navy where she worked as part of a ship- based leadership team.

Natalie sits on the National Board of the Strategic Capability Network; (SCNetwork) is a membership-based organization founded in 1979 for business leaders.
Natalie received her B.Sc. in Geological Oceanography from the University of Wales, graduated from the Britannia Royal Naval College at Dartmouth and received her M.Sc. from Portsmouth Business School in the UK.
